True story.

Last month, around this time actually, I was "late". I took a Target brand pregnancy test. Positive. Took another. Positive. "No stinkin' way.." was all that was going through my mind. Turns out Target brand pregnancy tests are known for false positives. No kidding. I encourage you to look it up! One lady had her husband take one of the tests and his came back positive. This has forever shaken my faith in at home pregnancy tests. I wasn't pregnant. Last month I was not pregnant.
Fast forward to this month. I was "late" again. "You've got to be kidding me!" was all I was thinking. I took another test... the same brand I used when I found out I was pregnant with Moses. It was positive. I took another.. positive. I took another.. positive. Then I went and got another brand.. positive. Then I found an EPT digital "hiding" under the bed. I took it and a cheap dollar store test this morning. Positive. Positive. Whoa.
Jeremiah thinks this is a little silly:
So it would seem Baby Hayes #2 really is tucked away in there. Due sometime next April/May. Jeremiah is thrilled. He and his brother are close in age and he has loved it. I am surprised but growing more and more excited. A little life! A whole new life! What a sweet gift.
Please join us in praying for a healthy first trimester. My morning sickness started early and fierce with Moses.. I'm hoping for a smoother road the second go around!
