True story. Blog worthy.

Today I was at Target, minding my own business. This woman was walking past the aisle I was on looked and glanced at Moses and I. She stopped dead in her tracks and asked me how far apart my babies will be. I told her about 16 months and she proceeded to tell me her life story - happens right? Here's the kicker. The woman says to me: You know what I don't understand? How you young mothers keep all that weight on you. I didn't get fat until I was in my 60's!
I'm.not.joking.

How rude!!!! An elderly neighbor of my mothers told me how the nurses took care of you after giving birth. They wrap you up extremely tight with some kind of fabric. She said because of that she looked as if she was never preggers.

Wow. Just, wow.

Maybe she lost "all that weight" running...her mouth. Whoops! Did I just say that?! I think I lost a pound :)

WOW! Rude! It sounds like she is a bit insecure about herself! I don't think you look like you have kept weight on you! I think you look perfect! By the way, Moses is TOO cute! You are such a good mommy!!!

Oh please tell me this story ends with you punching some old lady in the face. It would have been justified.
